General Tips for Kenya Visitors

Every season is safari season: Kenya is a year-round destination. Dry season (June–October, December–March) offers better wildlife viewing; rainy season (April–May, November) brings greener landscapes and fewer tourists.

Health: Malaria prophylaxis recommended. Only drink bottled water. Sun protection is essential — the equator is close.

Safety: Kenya is safe for tourists. Our guides accompany you everywhere. Keep valuables in hotel safes.

Tipping: Safari guide approx. 15–20 USD/day, driver approx. 10 USD/day, hotel staff 1–2 USD. Tips are greatly appreciated.
